A versatile joint. To enjoy at its best, pot roast long and slow! It even has the benefit of producing its own gravy.? It could be treated like silverside and sliced cold ready to re-heat with your Sunday roast! (or even midweek) ? but I prefer a superb pot roast with all the trimmings.
