Whole Crab

Feeling a bit “crabby” ! These are wonderful, generally around about 500g, they make a generous single portion or happy suit two people with a nice salad. You’ll need your claw crackers handy (or a carefully used hammer!) Just because they are “brown” crabs, don’t let that put you off – there’s still white meat! If you are planning on dressed crab,? why not buy yours ready done! its much easier and saves those arguments with the claws!
